My Day ~ Tara Raw Vegan Goddess

I finally washed my truck, just water and a towel, much better. I am sad that so many insects die when I drive. Life is brutal!

Assessing grandmother's yard, for planting more fruits and vegetables.

I am very happy my grandmother is eager to begin eating more raw plant foods!

I promised her I would not starve her, ;) and she has actually been complaining about being TOO full! 

One can eat..eat..EAT...all day, and lose weight. Eating non-fattening food is the key. 

 

My grocery list for grandmother's new diet today:

BANANAS

PEARS

COCONUT

PEANUTS

AVOCADOS

PAPAYA

SWEET POTATOES

SERRANO PEPPER

HABLANO PEPPER

LEMONS

LIMES

ROMAINE LETTUCE

ORANGES

MANDARINS

GRAPEFRUIT

TAMARIND

MANGOS

I think that is all.....this is a SMALL list of available foods, on a raw vegan diet. :)
