This is a great stretch to relieve tightness in the upper back, neck, and shoulders.
Laying flat on a hard surface is wonderful for the back, and the muscles,
why I do not use a mattress &
I sleep on the floor. :)-
As soon as you lay down, you’re out,
no tossing or turning all night long,
on the floor you sleep like a rock!
