I actually took a look at my distance today lol.
I can run 1 mile in 12.5 minutes, I do not know what the world record is, much faster I do know.
28mph for a human has been recorded, & there may be even faster humans, so a super runner could do somewhere around 6+ miles in just 10 minutes....!?
Wow!!!!
Tomorrow I will get 1 mile in 10 minutes, then keep going!♡♡♡
