RAW VEGAN DIET
I recommend eating high fat, high protein, high carb, raw plant foods.
Healthy, plant based, uncooked fats & proteins keep our bodies, organs/skin, hair, cells, etc. in the best condition, so the more plant based protein & fat we eat, the healthier we will be, and the healthier we will look.
A low fat, low protein vegan diet does not provide as much beneficial nutrition.
Animal fat & protein, from meat/eggs and dairy, is harmful.
People should eliminate animal fat & protein from their diet.
Below are some examples of how to eat a high fat, high protein, high carbohydrate diet, lose weight, look younger, & cure illnesses.
A high calorie diet is also fine, as long as the calories are from raw fruits, nuts/seeds, & vegetables.
No need to worry about healthy calories.
Avoid unhealthy "empty calories" from sodas, chips, breads, candy, meats/eggs/dairy, & other processed foods.

Mango & avocado!
Mango & banana are my 2 favorite smoothie fruits so far!
They blend up so creamy & smooth, mmmmm!
Lime zest & turmeric also joined the par-tay this morning!
I couldn't put it down until there was nothing left to eat!
Orange, banana, raisins, & homemade chocolate/coconut crumble (Pure cacao powder or nibs + raw coconut meat. Blend, strain out liquid through towel, crumble is leftover).♡♡♡♡
High sugar, high fiber, high fat, & several grams of protein also.
Bedtime spicy melon munchies, soooo good!
This is a high water, high sugar carb, & high fiber carb snack/meal.

So, lots of hydration (water), sugar & fiber (carbs), vitamins, & minerals.♡♡♡
Late night snack, cuz I'm huuungry, but it's okay, because this is completely non-fattening & healthy!

My first time rolling sushi lol, it was yummy!
I simply used avocado (healthy fat) instead of rice, delicious!
Cucumber, red bell pepper, carrot, ginger, & sesame seeds in the center, yummmm!♡♡♡
I went ahead & bought some of those bean thread thingies, this time, but will use real bean sprouts next time, I didn't realize those are highly processed!
Well that was fun & yummy!
*Keep a bowl of water, or a lemon/lime, next to you, to wet the top of the roll to seal.
1. Lay seaweed wrap, rough side down, stripes running vertically.
2. Spread out avocado onto wrap (1/2-1 avocado per wrap), leaving 1 inch bare at the top, to seal the roll.
3. Fill wrap with raw veggies of your choice, cut veggies very thin, so you can slice the roll easily, I threw everything into a processor because I don't have the patience to slice everything into super thin pieces lol.
4. Spread veggies out at bottom of the wrap.
5. Use just your bamboo roller, or a towel, or I just used my bare hands this time, to roll from bottom up, keep tight, wet the top bare edge & finish rolling, seal firmly.
6. Wet the top of the roll with water, sprinkle sesame seeds on top & they will stick.
7. Gently cut roll into segments.
It is better for the majority of groceries to be non-fattening, real, original foods...(organic compost).
Rather than mostly fattening processed foods in boxes, bags, cans, & bottles...(more litter & pollution), whenever possible!

What I always say.
Nothing like a super delicious dinner, that will not add a single extra pound of fat to your body, but actually BURNS it away, miraculous!
Delicious, sweet, filling, & very hydrating, watermelon covered in coconut, with banana slices for funzies.
Keep the pulp from juicing & straining milk, to sprinkle over salads, wraps, or anything you like!
This coconut/hazelnut crumble will be delicious on anything.
The more you eat delicious salads, the more you will love salad!
Eat a side salad with as many meals as you can, also try eating a large or extra large salad for a meal!
I picked this up to eat with dinner: kale salad with almonds, cranberries, sunflower seeds, onions, cabbage, carrots, & a fruity juice dressing, it was yummmmmy!
I will say it again...SALAAAD.

I loooove fruits, nuts, & cacao!
Hazelnuts I shelled by hand, & hand shredded cacao, on top of banana, moisten with lemon juice!

A big, fun, raw plate of different things is a great meal!
